RAYMOND WEIL offers a 30-day return policy for all timepieces purchased through our official online boutique, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your Swiss-made investment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the exterior of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our master watchmakers will inspect the timepiece for quality assurance, and your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
